Is this using the official WhatsApp Business API?+
Yes. We connect to Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API. You bring your own Meta Business account and we connect it.
Will I pay Meta separately for messages?+
Yes. Meta charges for messages, by category, directly to your WhatsApp Business account at Meta's own rates. Our plans cover the platform only and never include message charges.
How is this different from WATI or AiSensy?+
Both use the same WhatsApp Cloud API. We are a small team building for Indian shops, and we keep the feature set focused on sending, replying and tracking.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Plans are monthly with no contract. Cancel from your dashboard or reply to any of our emails.
